With a background in track and field during high school, where speed, endurance, and discipline were honed, I transitioned seamlessly into a decade-long journey with the Army Reserve. Serving our country for ten years, including a rigorous year-long deployment to Afghanistan, instilled in me the values of perseverance, resilience, and the importance of peak physical fitness. Now, as a coach, I'm committed to sharing my expertise, guiding others toward their fitness goals, and empowering them to surpass their limits.
