Postpartum Series

Postpartum Series, coached by BirthFit Leader Coach, Mikilah Speer, focuses on healing the diastasis, pelvic floor health, breath, proper core stability and functional strength during the postpartum seasons. This 6-class series runs every 3-4 months so be sure to inquire for the specific dates of the next upcoming series!
